This Friday segment is dedicated to everyday people doing everyday things in our community. By recognizing these extraordinary people, we are looking to highlight their gifts, talents, contributions, and services available as well as encourage you to support, uplift and patronize them when you can. And maybe, it will inspire some, light a fire in others, to begin, step up and/or continue your own journeys to serve your community.

I would like to nominate
Mr. Peter Parker.
Mr. Parker is a freelance artist that needed an escape from the life that he was living and as a result, picked up a camera. As with anything that captures his attention, he takes the time to study every aspect of it while honing his skills and perfecting his craft.
He is an extremely talented artist (and he's sensitive about his shit) as well as a very passionate visionary. He's an avid storyteller with a background in hustling that can be heard through regular conversation or told through his music. He also does photo shoots, videos, editing, short films, commercials, movies, anything that can be shot through a lens.
He has an incredible work ethic, a heart of gold and a hustle that won't quit. But don't call him a photographer; call him a hustle-ographer. He doesn't take pictures. He captures moments of life. Ask about him...but please don't ask him to work for free!
His dreams are just as big as his imagination and that's why I feel he's moving Tuscaloosa forward. You can find a link to his facebook page here on the blog at the top left.
